Job Description:

Due to continuing demand we are further looking to recruit Support Workers for our Outreach service to work varying hours throughout the week, Monday-Sunday, around Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

You will work proactively with people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism to support them to access their communities and work towards their individual goals. We work with people to become less socially isolated, develop skills in a particular area, improve health and wellbeing or access employment opportunities. Our staff team are people who share our values, want to help others to be as independent as they can be, and most of all, people who have care and support at the heart of what they do. The Ideal Candidate:

Will have experience of working with individuals who have additional needs, have good communication skills and will be willing to travel and work flexibly to meet needs of the service. Use of your own car would be advantageous.
